Australian orders $15 Express Shipping
Your orders will be Express posted for a 1-3 working day delivery once the item has been made. Please allow a 2-week manufacturing timeframe. Laguna Jewellery uses Express Post services by Australia Post. These services are the most efficient, cost-conscious and securely available to deliver your purchase to you. All packages are sent with a signature on delivery.
We only send to Australian addresses or PO boxes. No parcel lockers or parcel collect available.
International orders are $40AUD.
We ship worldwide using Pack and Send, and/ or FedEx. Once the piece has been sent, delivery is generally within 5-7 days.
All international purchases are exempt from Australian consumer tax known as Goods and Services Tax (GST) (currently 10%); however, they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To determine exactly what these charges may be, it could be necessary to call your local customs office to gain further details.
Please be advised that once a parcel is collected by our shipping carriers we are no longer liable if it is lost or damaged in transit.
Due to the value of our pieces, we select Signature on Delivery for all parcels. If no one is home it will be taken to your local Post Office or parcel centre for collection with Photo ID. Please note any Laguna Jewellery packages that have been scanned as delivered cannot be refunded or remade.
Returns / Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/ exchange.
To be eligible for a return/ exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return/ exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom, or personalized orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note - Shipping price is not refundable.
